Breakfast for Dinner

We made breakfast for dinner, I used this opportunity as an excuse to make Joy the Baker‘s Bourbon Spiked Banana Bread. The recipe comes from her new cookbook, as an avid follower of Joy’s blog I was excited to pick it up.  You will probably begin to notice she is my go-to for baking recipes.
